Project Overview

This Guided Project, "Adobe Photoshop for Beginners: Generative AI Images", is for beginner Adobe Photoshop users. This guided project is intended oning new Adobe Photoshop users learn how to import, edit and manipulate, and export image files using Adobe Photoshop's Generative AI image editing features. In this hour-long project-based course, you will learn how to import and export image files, apply basic image property adjustments, utilize non-destructive editing techniques, and enhance and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop's Generative AI features. To achieve this, we will work through importing image files, the basics of photo editing including brightness, contrast, and color balance, how to utilize non-destructive editing techniques like clipping masks to preserve future editing capabilities, and develop creative manipulations with Photoshop's Generative AI features. This project is unique because it introduces beginners to the powerful AI Generative image editing features of Adobe Photoshop, enabling them to achieve professional-level edits and manipulations with ease. It combines foundational photo editing techniques with cutting-edge AI tools, providing a comprehensive learning experience tailored to new users. In order to be successful in this project, only basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is necessary. Generic knowledge of artificial intelligence and photo editing concepts may beful as well.
